Richard M. Teichner is a CPA, accredited in business valuations (ABV), and a certified valuation analyst (CVA), a certified financial forensic (CFF), a certified forensic accountant® (Cr.FA®), a forensic certified public accountant (FCPA™) and a certified divorce financial analyst™ (CDFA™), offering consulting and expert witness testimony in complex business litigation and family law matters, as well as business valuation services, throughout the United States. Mr. Teichner provides a wide range of services in matters that include forensic accounting, economic damage claims, contract disputes, disputes among business owners, breaches of fiduciary duties and standards of care, fraud, personal injury and divorce.  He has provided expert testimony in numerous litigation matters.

Although his primary focus has been litigation support and business valuations for many years, Mr. Teichner has had over 35 years of experience providing accounting, tax and business consulting services, which has been a significant factor in contributing to his ability to provide effective and thorough analyses in business litigation and family law matters. His curriculum vitae includes a sample of the matters in which he has been engaged, as well as mention of articles he has authored and presentations he has given, which have been mainly to groups of lawyers. He has been a long time member of various professional organizations and committees, and is currently a fee dispute arbitrator for the State Bar of Nevada.
